What is Cyberpsychology?

"Cyberpsychology can be broken down into two parts, cyber and psychology. Cyber deals with computers and psychology deals with the study of the mind and human behavior. Therefore, cyberpsychology is the study of the mind and human behavior and its interaction with one's self and others while on computers. The use of computers on the internet facilitates interaction with other people, not just with a computer.

Cyberspace is experienced in a virtual reality with actual communities and interactions. Humans dictate what is interesting and what is visited through their emotions and feelings about the topics. The study of cyberspace and the human mind and behavior is what constitutes cyberpsychology."
